Returns and Refunds

You can decide to return any items purchased at within 14 days of delivery.

Reasons to return for replacement
  • Item completely damaged (only if accompanied by a picture of the damage and the packaging of the item at delivery)
  • Nonconforming goods: the item is different from its description (only if accompanied by a picture of the item)
Reasons to return for refund
  • I don’t like the color
  • I don’t like the style
  • I changed my mind

Conditions for returns:

In case of items returned for replacement you shall join pictures of the details and the packaging of the item at delivery
Be sure items are in the same conditions as you received them, in their original packaging.
If you don’t have the original packaging any more, please find a suitable packaging fit for transport.
If your return doesn’t meet the above listed conditions, the parcel will be reforwarded and there will be no return or replacement.

How to return an article If you ask for a change
  • Fill in the form below
  • Your request will be examinated by our Customer Service
  • You will receive an email with the expected date in which the courier will collect the article
  • Arrange the package with the label you will receive in the email and give it to the courier
  • The returned article will be inspected and we will send you another article
How to return an article If you ask for a refund
  • Fill in the form below
  • Your request will be examinated by our Customer Service
  • You will receive an email with the address to which you will have to send the article
  • The returned article will be inspected and we will refund you in maximum 30 days

Form Returns/Refounds to compile:

  • Attach the photos of the details

    To help us to authorize your request properly attach the photos of the details related to your product. Click on browse and choose photos from your device and upload them through the "Add Image" button.

Legend of Returns Reasons

If the item is completely damaged or defective, select this reason and describe the damage in the “Comments” field.
If the item is only partially damaged and it doesn’t need to be returned and exchanged, select this reason and specify which are the damaged parts in the “Comments” field.
If the item delivered is different from the ordered one, select this reason and, if it’s possible, specify which item you’ve received in the “Comments” field.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, select this reason and let us know in the “Comments” field if you want to receive a refund or if you want an exchange with another item.
